Formerly known as Beijing Switch Factory established in 1952, Beijing Beikai Electric Co., Ltd. (BBE) has more than 60 years of experience in manufacturing high-voltage switchgear products. We are devoted to developing and manufacturing HV&LV switchgear, superconductor, as well as mechatronic switch control equipment. BBE is one of the five biggest manufacturing bases of electrical switches in China.
In Dec. 1999, Beikai Electric Co., Ltd. was established by six enterprises.
In 2003, Beikai moved to Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone. The factory covers an area of 140,000 square kilometers, and we own national technology centers and specialized inspection agency.
In 2009, Beikai conducted organizational restructuring, changing the original HV assembly branch, MV switch branch and the LV switchgear branch into divisions, so as to stimulate their initiative.
Beikai has started a new journey since 2009. We carry out quality management training, insist on the low price strategy, produce high-quality product, and improve independent research capacity, so as to respond quickly to market.
As a professional HV switchgear manufacturer, BBE possesses the first-class hardware, modernized logistic system and ERP management system. Our assembly workshop is equipped with positive-pressure air supply system, air conditioner with constant temperature and humidity, as well as air shower facility, making the cleanliness of the workshop reach 1,000,000 level. The production and processing equipment, like the advanced CNC equipment, welding robot, laser cutting machine and composite flexible manufacturing processing line, satisfy the specialized production of core components.
